The company takes its name from the Roman Numeral for 60, LX, combining with the number “3” to depict a 360 perspective, or holistic view of leadership. The symbol of the company comes from the Lakota Tribe medicine wheel. Though the medicine wheel has multiple meanings, 3LX uses it to symbolize the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical states of human beings. The use of this symbol and the colors therein has a direct correlation with the philosophy of Team 3LX: who we are as leaders is directly connected to our unique human experience.
